I’m also a Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, and former super fat guy.

The Beginning
I don’t have a single memory from my childhood where I wasn’t overweight or where I felt good about my body.
I’ve struggled with my weight for my entire life. I was bullied, had extremely low self-esteem, and I coped with food.
In high school, I remember eating a whole tub of Pringles and 2-3 Snickers bars almost every single day.

Then I went to university. Living alone, not knowing how to cook, eating out constantly, and drinking with friends…
I Lost 23 kg… The Wrong Way
That’s when I first truly tried to lose weight — and I did. I lost ~23 kg over the course of a year:
But I did it in the worst way possible. Less than 1,000 calories a day. Tracking everything — including lettuce and cinnamon. Punishing myself with ‘Insanity’ HIIT workouts.
This guy used to haunt me… 😅
I ended up skinny fat. And still not happy.
As soon as the diet was over, I went all-out bingeing and gained back 15 kg in just 3 months.
I felt like a complete failure.
That’s when I started learning. I got into science-based fitness, watched and learned from experts, and finally got into relatively decent shape:
Then COVID Happened. 😔
Gyms closed. My motivation died.
I started ordering food twice a day, every single day, and over the next 3 years…
The Breaking Point 🔥
That’s it. I’m done. I’m getting my life back together.
I turned 26 and something finally clicked.
This time, I didn’t starve myself. I didn’t do extreme workouts. And I didn’t cut out all my favorite foods.
I focused on building real habits:
🥩 Eating protein at every meal
🚶 Walking daily
🏋️ Training properly
🧠 Finding an approach I could stick to for life
And it worked.
Now I Help Others Do the Same 💪
Now, I’m in the best shape of my life, both physically and mentally. I became a certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer, and all I want to do now is help people.
I want to help people who feel stuck, who have tried everything, who feel like losing weight is impossible for them.
Because that was me.
I know exactly how it feels to struggle, to fail, to feel like nothing will ever work. If I could go back in time and help my younger self avoid all the mistakes, the frustration, and the years of self-doubt, I would do it in a heartbeat.
But I can’t. What I can do is help you.
