Hi, I’m Catalin.

I spent most of my life overweight. I hit 115.4kg during COVID — eating takeout twice a day, every day, for three years. Before that, I’d already tried the crash diet route: lost 23kg the wrong way (under 1,000 calories a day), then gained 15kg back in just 3 months.

In May 2023, I finally did it right. No starvation. No extreme workouts. Just real habits I could stick to for life. I lost 40kg and kept it off.
